warehousemanager.in use karke aap in sharton se agree karte hain. Agree nahi hain to service use mat karein. Subscription wale paid features ke liye alag pricing page par plans likhe hain.

1. Service kya hai

Warehousemanager ek cloud-based warehouse management application hai — WAD billing, monthly business statements, stock registers, loss/gain reports, GST reports, aur regional multi-branch dashboards.

Hum features add, change, ya retire kar sakte hain with reasonable notice jahan possible ho.

2. Account aur access

Account aapke organization (branch, regional office, godown) ke liye provision hota hai — credentials share mat karein.

Aap accurate registration information denge aur password secure rakhenge.

Hum suspicious activity par account suspend kar sakte hain — protect users aur platform ke liye.

3. Subscription aur payment

Paid plans monthly subscription par hain (pricing page par ₹499 / ₹999 / ₹1,499 etc.). Setup fee nahi unless alag likha ho.

Payment terms aapke invoice ya agreement ke according.

Cancel anytime — current billing period ke end tak access; refund policy payment channel par depend karti hai (WhatsApp/email par puchh sakte hain).

4. Aapki responsibilities

Aap jo data enter karte hain (depositor names, quantities, rates) uski accuracy aapki responsibility hai — software calculations aapke inputs par based hain.

Govt reports print/submit karne se pehle figures verify karein.

Applicable warehouse, GST, aur storage laws follow karna aapka kaam hai; software tool hai, legal advice nahi.

5. Data ownership

Aapka warehouse operational data aapka / aapke organization ka hai.

Hum use host, backup, aur process karte hain service dene ke liye.

Account terminate hone par data export ya deletion request reasonable time mein — email par likhit request bhejein.

6. Acceptable use

Service ko hack, scrape (authenticated business data), overload, ya doosre tenants ka data access karne ki koshish mat karein.

Malware upload, illegal content, ya false identity se account mat banayein.

Violation par access terminate ho sakta hai bina refund ke.

7. Uptime aur support

Hum high availability target karte hain lekin uninterrupted service guarantee nahi dete — planned maintenance, internet outage, ya third-party hosting issues ho sakte hain.

8. Limitation of liability

Service "as is" provide hoti hai. Data entry errors, misprinted reports, ya business loss ke liye hum unlimited liability accept nahi karte.

Maximum liability paid subscription fees ke last 12 months tak limited ho sakti hai jahan law allow kare.

Kuch jurisdictions par ye limits apply nahi ho sakti — mandatory consumer rights respect kiye jayenge.

9. Changes aur governing law

Hum in terms update kar sakte hain — updated date is page par dikhegi. Continued use matlab acceptance.

Disputes pehle good-faith discussion se resolve karne ki koshish; otherwise courts in Madhya Pradesh, India ke subject to applicable Indian law.
