Warehousemanager (warehousemanager.in) मध्यप्रदेश के अनाज गोदाम और warehouse branches के लिए billing, stock register और reporting software चलाता है। यह नीति बताती है कि हम कौन सा data collect करते हैं, कहाँ store होता है, और कौन access कर सकता है।
1. हम कौन हैं

हम SaaS platform operate करते हैं; आपका warehouse operational data (bills, statements, stock entries) आपके branch/regional account के अंदर store होता है।
2. हम क्या data collect करते हैं
Account data: नाम, email, phone, login username, role (branch manager, regional admin, godown owner, etc.), branch/godown assignment.
Operational data: WAD bills, depositor names, commodity, quantities, rates, GST details, monthly business statements, stock register entries, payment records, uploaded files — जो आप software में enter करते हैं।
Contact form: website पर demo/contact form भरने par name, phone, email, message.
Technical logs: login time, IP address (rate limiting और security के लिए), browser type — production में limited retention।
3. Data का उपयोग
Software features चलाने के लिए — bill print, statement generate, regional consolidated report, GST export.
Account support — login issues, billing subscription, bug reports.
Security — unauthorized access detect करना, brute-force login block करना.
हम आपका warehouse data third parties को बेचते नहीं हैं और advertising profile बनाने के लिए use नहीं करते।
4. कौन data देख सकता है
Branch users: सिर्फ अपni assigned branch का data.
Regional/admin users: policy ke अनुसार multiple branches — sirf authorized regional officers.
Platform operators: server maintenance, backup, support tickets resolve — need-to-know basis par; passwords plain text में store नहीं होते.
Hosting providers (e.g. Vercel, Neon, Upstash): infrastructure par encrypted connection; वे content read नहीं करते except legal requirement par.
5. Storage और security
Database: PostgreSQL (Neon) — India/EU region provider settings ke अनुसार.
Cache: Redis (Upstash) — short-lived summaries; sensitive secrets cache में नहीं.
Passwords: bcrypt hash.
Sessions: signed JWT (NextAuth), typically 6 hours.
HTTPS enforced in production; security headers (HSTS, X-Frame-Options, nosniff) configured.
कोई system 100% secure नहीं — हम reasonable industry measures use करते हैं; आप strong password और logout on shared PC recommend करते हैं।
6. Cookies और sessions
Login session cookie — sign-in state maintain करने के लिए; logout या expiry par clear.
Language preference (Hindi/English) — browser local storage में save ho sakta hai.
हम third-party advertising cookies use नहीं करते।
7. Data retention
Warehouse operational records: subscription active रहne tak + reasonable backup period — branch/regional audit requirements ke liye.
Contact form messages: support queue में जब तक resolve; फिर archive या delete.
Security logs: short retention (weeks to months) unless incident investigation chal rahi ho.
Account delete request par — operational data deletion policy ke अनुसार; kuch aggregated/anonymized stats reh sakte hain legal/accounting ke liye.
8. आपके अधिकार
आप access, correction, या deletion request email/WhatsApp par kar sakte hain — verify identity ke baad process karenge.
India mein Information Technology Act, 2000 aur applicable rules ke under reasonable security practices follow karte hain.
Policy update hone par is page par date change hogi; material changes ke liye registered email par notice bhej sakte hain.
